About Us

Community Outreach Workers (COW) aims to promote awareness and education of the needs of the community. COW gives students the ability to volunteer their time by providing and promoting opportunities while teaching the value of civic engagement. COW Strives to invite the community into our campus and extend the spirit of Penn State Abington into the community.
