We are finally having our SASA Elections this Friday 3/25 in Luberts Commons from 12:00-1:00. Boasting more than 100+ members, SASA is one of the biggest organization in Penn State Abington. We had an exceptional line up of events in previous semester and have proven many times that we can organize amazing events. President
- Serving as the chief administrative officer.
- Presiding over meetings of the organization.
- Appointing members and chairpersons of all committees.
- Serving on all committees as an exofficio member.
- Calling special meetings of the membership.
- Initiating programs and projects s/he deems necessary.
- Represent the organization in all dealing with affiliated organizations, administration of the University and the community. |

Treasurer
- Be responsible for the collection and accounting of all fees and other monies belonging to the organization
- Completing all necessary paperwork required SGA in conjunction with budget guidelines and the Director of SEAL. |

Secretary
- Assisting the president with the official correspondence of the organization.
- Maintaining and distributing minutes of all regular and special meetings of the organization.
- Keeping a revised copy of the constitution and bylaws available for members at all times and distributing to the membership any changes in the bylaws.
- Preparing a roster each semester to include the phone numbers and email addresses of each semester’s members. Using this information, complete the Student organization Registration Form each semester.
- In the absence of the president, vice president, or treasurer, presiding over the meeting of the organization. |
