Flyer for Douglass Day Transcribe-a-thon

Join the Penn State Abington Library in celebrating Frederick Douglass' birthday by transcribing Douglass' own correspondences! This hands-on experience is a great way to engage actively with primary sources and learn about the interpretive choices that archivists and historians have to make when preserving historical documents. Stop by anytime between 12-3pm and help transcribe documents to assist future researchers. Cake will be provided for all participants!
