Mission
The Office of Global Programs and International Student Services serves international students by assisting with all required legal documentation and services for non-immigrant students on F-1 and J-1 status at Penn State University, Abington Campus.

We are a resource for prospective, new, and current international students.

The Office of Global Programs and International Student Services is committed to making international students feel at home while they pursue their academic goals at Penn State Abington. Several year-round programs and services are available to help students with orientation, peer mentoring, social and cultural issues.

We also provide several opportunities and programs to explore, learn and grow. To make the most of your Penn State experience, we encourage our international students to fully immerse themselves in the educational, recreational, and cultural activities available at Penn State Abington and the Philadelphia area.

Our office also provides opportunities for collaboration with student organizations. If a student organization is hosting an event that strategically integrates domestic and international students into its program, it is encouraged to fill out the funding request document found below and return it to our offices.
