Fall Collegiate Case Competitions

Hello Finance & Investments Club Members! We would love to share a couple of great opportunities to learn more about business while also building your resume. Below you will find the description of two case study events, one which is held in person, and another which is a video submission. These competitions will challenge your business intuition, help you build marketable skills, and maybe even earn you some extra cash if you come out on top!

Hayden Films Institute Case Competition

Case Topic: Growing a new video platform called Cemboo
This is an in-person event

• Intent to participate due by Oct 3, 2021
• Executive Summary due by Oct 15, 2021
• Wed, Oct 26, Presentations by teams in front of judges, DeSales University (scheduled to be released by Oct 20)

Walmart Case Competition

Solo Video Essay Competition
Case Topic: How to Make a Profit in Retail with Rising Cost of Goods Sold and Inflation

• Due by November 1, 2022
