Cultivate inner peace and learn techniques to reduce stress, build connection, and relax. This series of mindfulness sessions will be conducted by Professor Stefani Abreu via Zoom and will also be broadcasted within the Collegiate Recovery Program located at 102 Spring House. Yoga mats and lunch will be provided for students attending in-person at Spring House, but space is limited, so be sure to register ASAP! Anyone can join using Zoom!
