Life is full of changes and challenges, and stress is inevitable. In this group, you will join fellow students who are interested in personal growth and learn resilience skills. We’ll explore techniques to retrain our brains to break free from unwanted thoughts, navigate challenges without slipping into unhealthy habits, manage emotions without being controlled by them, and communicate with assertiveness and effectiveness.
