About Us

The purpose of the Afro-Caribbean Student Union is to positively represent African and Caribbean students that attend Penn State Abington. We plan to execute this by hosting various events throughout the semester in hopes that people can gain more knowledge about our cultures. From fun dances with delicious food to serious, mature Red Table discussions about different viewpoints of people from different African and Caribbean countries we strive to spread awareness of our vibrant culture to not only Penn State Abington, but to all colleges across the US.

Members Benefits

Aside from being more informed about the Afro-Caribbean culture, this is a chance for many opportunities not just to make new friends, but to comfortably celebrate your culture. Also, with a hardworking executive board and you, the members, with different majors and backgrounds, you will have an opportunity to network with people that come from the same background as you.
